REFUND:

> If a product is received and is in defective condition (Dead on Arrival) or damaged the product will be replaced with a new product. The product has to be shipped back to Sardar Tech with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers.

> If there is no replacement unit available then the user can request a refund.

> Refund charges will be applicable for bKash/Rocket/Cards/POS/Online payments.

> Additional fees such as EMI Charge, bKash charge, gateway charge, EFT charge, etc. are non-refundable

> If a customer is buying the products from our shops, then please make sure to check the products in front of our sellers. Later, if any problems occur then the customer will not be entitled to any changes but will be given services based on the product provided description. (Warranty)

> In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered then the customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.

> If a customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then a charge Of TK. 200/- has to be paid as a replacement charge inside Dhaka and if out of Dhaka, only the Courier charge is applicable.

> After purchasing a software/software license, a return or refund won’t be applicable

> With specific reasoning, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.

> If customers found broken or packet-damaged products then we are requesting not to receive the product from the courier service. If the customer receives a courier-damaged product then he/she has to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won’t be acceptable.

> Outside Dhaka: If the customer informs us to cancel the order after shipping, then BDT. 1000 will be taken as a penalty and he will not get any refund facility and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.

> Inside Dhaka: If the customer cancels the order after shipping the product, then BDT. 500 will be deducted from his advance amount as a penalty and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.

> If the customer wants to cancel the order before shipping, then he will be able to take any other product by the advance amount but he will not be able to take a refund.

> Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.

> Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for a refund within 3 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

> In some cases, if there is no supply of goods, the buyer may have to make a partial price adjustment for taking alternative goods.

> For accessories, the advance amount is totally not refundable.

RETURNS:

> Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.

> In the case of online purchase customer can return the goods if it is not the same model or the product seems damaged from the outside,

> Users can not return any used product.

> If the payment is completed through SSL comm. The online gateway then the refund will be processed according to SSL Comm. Refund policy.
