Respected customers are specially requested to follow the below-mentioned rules carefully before purchasing computer products from Sardar Tech.

All product warranties declared at the time of sale are essentially warranties provided by the product manufacturer. That is, the warranty service of the sold product is mainly carried by the parent company of the particular brand. Each brand is different in terms of warranty service and their terms and conditions are mentioned on their official website. In this regard, the subsidiary Sardar Tech is acting as a means of enforcing the warranty service terms of the original brand companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

It is highly recommended to make sure of the stock availability before making any payment. Online payment will be received through SSL COMMEZ digital payment gateway. Additional gateway charges will be applicable with online payment. If any payment needs to be refunded it may take 10-15 working days and it may even cost you additional charges, additional fees that are deducted during the payment will not be refunded in a refund request. DELIVERY TERMS

1. Amount of Advance Acceptance for taking orders of any product:

> Accessories can be picked up through Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dhaka Metro only. No advance is applicable in this case.

> For any product worth Tk 100 to Tk 4,999: Tk 350 (Outside Dhaka)

> For any product worth Tk 5,000 to Tk 49,999: Tk 1,015

> For any product above Tk 50,000: Tk 2,030

2. If full payment is made inside Dhaka or Dhaka City, the delivery charge of any device (Accessories) is absolutely free i.e. no charge will be applicable.

3. If taken through cash on delivery then the delivery charge will be Tk 80/- and delivered within 72 hours (in special cases subject to change). Note: Orders for any product must be placed by 5.00 pm. Any product order after 5.00 pm will be treated as next-day order.

4. If full payment is made for any accessory outside Dhaka or outside Dhaka then the delivery charge is free but if partial payment is made then the delivery charge is Tk 130/- and in special case condition charge will be applicable as per the rules of the courier company.

RMA CLAIM

The customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim the warranty. Customers will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. Sardar Tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Sardar Tech cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY

Physical damage to any product purchased from Sardar Tech will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid, or mishandling of any product will void the warranty. As a result, Sardar Tech will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
